FRF, European Association of Scouts, and Fussball Scouting VerbandAnnounce Strategic Education Partnership

Bucharest, 13th of November 2025 – The Romanian Football Federation (FRF), together with the European Association of Scouts (EAS) and the Fussball Scouting Verband (FSV), is proud to announce a new Education Partnership Agreement aimed at advancing the professional standards of talent identification and scouting in Romania.

A New Step in Scouting Education

Under the partnership, the organizations will jointly deliver the Advanced Course in Talent Identification & Scouting, a pioneering programme designed for experienced professionals working in recruitment, analysis, and player development.

The course builds on the previous courses of FRF’s national scouting education and represents the first advanced-level international programme of its kind in Romania. It combines international best practices with practical frameworks tailored to the realities of Romanian football.

The educational structure includes five modules including two two-day live sessions held at the FRF headquarters in Bucharest and three digital sessions—spanning from December 2025 to April 2026.

Topics include:
• Scouting strategies and department management
• Legal and contract aspects of player recruitment
• Data-driven and technology-integrated scouting workflows
• Multidimensional talent identification and bias reduction
