We are delighted to announce the strategic partnership between the Fussball Scouting Verband for the German-speaking countries and the French ARFF – Association des Recruteurs Français-es et Francophones.
With this cooperation, both associations are strengthening international collaboration within the scouting and recruitment community. The partnership will focus on professional exchange, joint educational formats, the development of international partnerships, and the further expansion of professional networks across European borders.
ARFF brings valuable experience from the French and Francophone football market and has been developing various educational and professionalisation formats since 2023. The Fussball Scouting Verband has been bringing together colleagues from the fields of talent identification and development since 2023, bundling expertise with a particular focus on Germany, Austria and Switzerland.

Both associations will develop and promote joint initiatives in the areas of education, knowledge exchange and international networking. The aim is to further advance the professionalisation of scouting and recruitment and to open up new perspectives and opportunities for the members of both organisations.
As international partners the Fussball Scouting Verband is very happy to welcome Romain Poirot as a new member of the Technical Committee while Max Legath will support the ARFF as an International Advisor to strengthen and deepen the cooperation between both associations.
